Magnificients c’est l’initiative d’un passionné de vins, Nicolas Wüst, qui réunit les produits de la vigne et des arts. 

Nicolas, lorsqu’il nous parle de vin a les yeux qui brillent. Compagnon de la talentueuse vigneronne Valentina Andrei, qu’il révéla d’ailleurs en avec la cuvée Magnificients’13 – un éclair de Petite Arvine & Roussanne. Chaque année, Nicolas réuni un nouveau vigneron et un nouvel artiste autour d’un vin inédit à créer. Ces vins sont ensuite présentés à l’occasion de dîner chez des Chefs réputés, devenus pour la plupart des amis… Ça fait rêver, mais ça  existe bien et ces soirées sont “sold out” en quelques heures. 

Cette année, nous voici donc à Lucens chez Jane-Lise et Pierrick Suter. La salle est comble, des grands noms du vin sont présents. A commencer par le maître du chasselas Jérôme Aké Béda, l’ampélographe José Vouillamoz mais aussi des figures du terroir helvétique comme l’ancien lutteur Gaby Yerly, le patron de Vacherin Fribourgeois Christian Duc ou les vignerons Christian Dubois (Les Frères Dubois – Baronnie du Dézaley), Nicola Corti et tant d’autres encore. Pari tenu, moi j’ai adoré mais je dois admettre ne pas m’ y connaître suffisamment pour une critique pertinente. Ce Merlot « Ticino-Valaisan » a toutefois magnifiquement accompagné un agneau de lait à la broche, pommes sautées, ratatouille niçoise.

Durant la soirée, tout le monde échange amicalement et spontanément sur leurs ressentis et le plaisir de partager cette expérience Magnificients. Il s’agit-là vraiment d’un moment fort et j’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à le vivre et à le partager. Contrairement à une idée reçue, il ne s’agit pas d’une expérience réservée à un groupe fermé de privilégiés. La réservation est possible, il faut juste réagir vite! Je vous recommande dès la prochaine de vous y inscrire.

El aprendizaje se muestra en una serie de principios y formas básicas que en su entendimiento llegan a ser las más avanzadas. De formas simples e intuitivas para nosotros pero de forma sorprendente en su aplicación.

Silat es un arte marcial, que puede ser practicado por personas con movilidad reducida, en silla de ruedas o con ceguera total o parcial, pues una de las principales características del Silat, es la percepción y sensibilidad del cuerpo con movimientos sutiles.

Su finalidad es que sea cual sea el tipo de persona, el Silat se adapta a la persona, y ésta lo hace suyo.

ARTE MARCIAL TRADICIONAL

Silat golpea, manipula, rompe, en dos puntos a la vez, parte superior del cuerpo y la parte inferior.  Los golpes son rítmicos y con un tiempo concreto, para no dar opción, a respuesta por parte del adversario.

Se utiliza los ataques, directamente como bloqueos, optimiza cada movimiento para que sea lo más efectivo posible con múltiples atacantes.

Silat es un arte multidireccional, por ello, no contempla el combate en el modo deportivo, utiliza golpes certeros y concretos, para poder  rápidamente realizar otro  ataque simultaneo con dos o más oponentes.

COMO DEFENSA PERSONAL

La defensa personal se contempla como un subproducto del arte marcial, pues la mentalidad guerrera considera  la defensa como adaptación del combate a una situación que pasa de ser defensiva a ser ofensiva/agresiva.

No hay silat sin cuchillo, ni cuchillo sin silat. Silat nos enseña a la extrapolación de los movimientos simples al uso de utensilios y armas, que son la extensión de nuestro cuerpo, cuando aprendemos a usarlas, podemos defendernos de ellas.
