Hi, I just want to share my frustration and disappointment with InstaForex.
We used CashApp to deposit my investment and
I specifically asked if there's any upfront fees. and my account manager answer nothing and guarantee withdraw profit once my account completed trading. Now after about 8 days, after completion , Now I was advised to open Trust wallet where they will transfer my profit. Another week passed no transfer happened, another few days passed, a $ activation fees was being asked, originally they said no fees. Now its almost a month and still I cannot withdraw and still asking that activation fee and guaranteed withdrawal?

SCAM BROKER STAY AWAY

I introduced 3 friends to open accounts at Instaforex and recived in my trading account as a Bonus. I have traded this account to over 10, and asked to withdraw some profits. I was told its a Demo account and i need to deposit my own funds etc etc blah blah .So i wasted over a year trading and lost everything. These guys are definetely not to be trusted. Hello, the transfer will be completed at working hours of the Finance Department (Monday - Friday, GMT +2). Withdrawal is processed, however, in some cases the time constraints may be increased up to 5 working days.

Finance department ignoring emails

finance department is ignoring my emails, I want to make a withdrawal, and no one is replying. I do not know why I have to complain here to get any normal response. It already happened 2x times and they started doing something when I complain here. Will change star rating when my problem will be solved.
